QUALITY POLICY

EFS ENERGY Engineering Consulting Industry and Trade Ltd. Co., provides maintenance, repair, inspection, and consulting services in accordance with customer requirements and applicable regulations. In all activities carried out in the fields of ship maintenance and repair, wind turbine maintenance and repair, and energy consulting services, it aims to ensure sustainable growth by continuously providing services and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of its stakeholders. This policy is based solely on the scope of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
In this regard;

  • To correctly understand customer requirements and expectations, to meet contract and regulatory requirements; to improve and maintain satisfaction.
  • To ensure the alignment of quality objectives with business objectives; to spread the culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • For the development and improvement of the management system; to ensure control of its effectiveness, continuous improvement and development in line with the objectives and targets.
  • Reducing risks by implementing effective risk management for all processes and taking preventive measures by anticipating risks.
  • Ensuring that all our employees, suppliers, and contractors are aware and involved, delivering the expected quality at the desired time.
  • Making decisions based on data and analysis; rigorously conducting nonconformity and root cause analyses.

In all activities carried out in the fields of ship maintenance and repair, wind turbine maintenance and repair, and energy consulting services, it aims to ensure sustainable growth by continuously providing services and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of its stakeholders. This policy is based solely on the scope of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

In this regard;

EFS ENERGY Engineering Consulting Industry and Trade Ltd. Co.Provides maintenance, repair, inspection, and consulting services in accordance with customer requirements and applicable regulations. In all activities conducted in the fields of ship maintenance and repair, wind turbine maintenance and repair, and energy consulting services, it aims to achieve sustainable growth by continuously providing services and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of its stakeholders. Our Integrated Management System covers the ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 14001 (Environment) standards. In this context, we commit to meeting customer and stakeholder expectations, complying with legal/other requirements, and continuously improving.

In this regard;

  • Understanding customer requirements correctly and providing the right service on time, the first time,
  • Protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of information at the highest level at every stage of our services,
  • Providing quality services that meet customer expectations and legal/other requirements,
